Donation Terms

1. Organisation and contact

Donations are received by Fundacja HelpTana, KRS 0001186865, NIP 6783229494, REGON 542367850. For donation queries, contact help@helptana.org.

Confirmed registered office address: os. Oświecenia 9/82A, 31-635 Kraków, Polska. Official donation account (IBAN): PL80 1600 1462 1770 6480 1000 0001. Bank: BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Beneficiary: Fundacja HelpTana.

2. Nature of a donation

A donation is voluntary support for the Foundation’s statutory activities. It is not a purchase of goods or payment for a service. Donors choose the amount and may specify a preferred programme in the bank-transfer reference.

3. Currently available payment method

At this stage, the Donation page supplies ordinary bank-transfer details and lets visitors copy the payment reference. It does not collect online-banking credentials, card numbers or authorise transactions. BLIK and Przelewy24 are in preparation and are not yet active payment methods.

4. Specifying a programme

A transfer reference may indicate general Foundation support or one of the programmes: “100/365”, “Distance Sponsorship”, “Refrigerator for Betel Home” or “Phone for a Malagasy Person”. The handling of designated donations must be agreed with the donor and comply with the law and the Foundation’s statutes.

5. Accounting and confirmation

The donor’s bank executes the transfer. The Foundation receives information about the donation once it has been credited to its bank account. Donors who need a confirmation may contact the Foundation.

6. Mistakes, enquiries and refunds

For an accidental transfer, incorrect amount or another problem, contact help@helptana.org and provide information sufficient to identify the transaction. Whether and how a refund is made depends on applicable law and the circumstances. These terms do not limit rights arising under mandatory legal provisions.

7. Data protection

8. Online store

These terms do not govern product sales. If the HelpTana online store is launched, separate terms governing sales, payments and returns will apply.
